Mortal Kombat II ( "Older" Boardset with Expansion Board)
The Main board has two rows of 8 Eproms ( Row G and Row J, sockets 14 - 23 )
[ The 4Mb eproms uses all 16 sockets, plus 8 on the expansion board, whereras the 8Mb eproms
only use 6 sockets in each row ]

In all Versions of MK2 (
2.1, 3.1, 4.1 etc...) , only two eproms are changed : UJ12 and
UG12.
To upgrade from one version to another (ie. 2.1 to 3.1 ) you only
need to change these two eproms.
The Expansion Board
contains Eproms U6-U13
( Notice the
Un-sequential order of the eproms )
